Below lists a few of our recommendations for you to look into further. This encompasses a small but select list. There are many other tiny villas near by that may suit your needs. We recommend you book as soon as possible. The summer months in Italy are prime time for weddings. Venues book up quicky.
All guests are invited to the Welcome Dinner Friday evening! We recommend booking at least three nights, arriving on Thursday, May 23rd and departing Sunday, May 26th.
Should you choose to avoid driving to and from Villa La Selva for the wedding, the host of Villa La Selva offers transfers to and from, for a fee. If you are interested in using the transfer service, please let us know in the comment section of the RSVP and we will assist with the logistics.
Villa La Selva
Villa La Selva Wine Resort can accommodate up to 28 people and will host our immediate family for the wedding and weekend of celebration. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.
The houses at Villa la Selva are ancient farmhouses in the Tuscan style, carefully restored and refurbished with antiques, in a luxurious and quiet atmosphere. Each house is independent, with its private garden, providing total privacy, a setting in which our guests can fully benefit the colours and scents of the Tuscan countryside.

Il Verreno can accomodate up to 40 people and will make for a great spot to host the wedding party, friends, and family. We talked to the owners and there is availability for our dates, however it will most definitely book up or get scheduled for a wedding. We suggest you coordinate with family and friends and try to reserve it sooner than later.
Il Verreno is situated above the town of Ambra in the southern Chianti area. It is a Tuscan retreat with the relaxed atmosphere of a country house but with hotel style service. Cucina Donnaluisa is their restaurant run by Marialuisa Lovari, who led the team that won the prestigious Campionati Della Cucina Italiana 2017.
Villa Albizi
Villa Albizi, along with all the "Borgo di Montefienali" built of stone, has rustic and sophisticated special effects. Art and Architecture. An exquisitely restored holiday home, which offers its rooms, its gardens, its terraces to Borgo Montefienali, dating from the 12th century. It is a landscape both welcoming and mysterious, calm and charming. Its green mountains, deep and enveloping valley give a sense of true peace as the journey.
